Sleep Out
One Night Changes Lives
Sleep Out is more than a night without a bed.
Sleep Out is a movement of people who believe every young person deserves a safe place to sleep. By giving up our beds for one night, we raise awareness and critical funds to help young people overcome homelessness and trafficking.
Participants spend one night sleeping outside—not to replicate homelessness, but to stand in solidarity with young people who face it every day. Along the way, they hear powerful stories of resilience, build community, and become advocates for change.
Join the Movement
There are MANY ways to participate. Join us at Sleep Out at the Ballpark on Thursday, November 19, 2026, host your own DIY Sleep Out, or bring a Student Sleep Out to your school or campus. Do you have other ideas to fundraise or get involved? We’d love to hear it!
Complete our Interest Form to let us know how you’d like to participate, and a member of our team will be in touch with next steps.
Making an Impact
Last November, thanks to our presenting partner Cencora, the Philadelphia Phillies, and hundreds of supporters, Sleep Out at the Ballpark became the largest Sleep Out in Covenant House Pennsylvania’s history.
Together, we raised more than $1 million to support young people overcoming homelessness and trafficking.
