Volunteer with Us
Build Hope Beyond Your Gift
Your generosity already helps provide shelter, safety, healthcare, and opportunity to young people overcoming homelessness and human trafficking. For those looking to deepen their impact, we invite you to share your time, talents, and voice with the young people we serve. Whether you volunteer once or become a long-term partner, your presence can help remind youth that their community believes in them.
Ways to Get Involved
- Corporate Days of Service: Looking for an employment engagement activity with your coworkers or employees while giving back ? Partner with us for a group volunteering activity!

- Community Dinners & Social Events: Host a pizza night, movie night, lawn games, or other community-building activities that create moments of joy and connection for youth.

- Facility Beautification & Community Spaces: Assist with gardening, organizing, light painting, and beautification projects that help create safe, welcoming environments across our sites.
- Use Your Voice for Advocacy: Did you know that CHPA chairs the Philadelphia Anti Trafficking Coalition? We welcome supporters who want to advocate alongside us for youth experiencing homelessness and survivors of human trafficking. Throughout the year, there are opportunities to engage in awareness campaigns, policy advocacy, and community education efforts. On Tuesday, January 12, we’ll be at the State Capitol for the Pennsylvanians Against Human Trafficking Advocacy Work Group (PAHTAWG) Advocacy Day.
- Have Another Skill or Interest? From photography and spiritual wellness to professional mentoring and special projects — we would love to learn how your unique talents could support our mission.
Join us in building a bridge to hope for young people experiencing homelessness, human trafficking and other systemic injustices through unconditional love, absolute respect and relentless support. Our doors are open 24/7 and our high quality programs are designed to empower young people to rise and overcome adversity, today and in the future.
