Program Investment

 

Financial support allows Covenant House Pennsylvania to serve more youth, continually monitor progress through rigorous research and evaluation, and develop and implement evidenced-based best practices for ending youth homelessness.

Employee Engagement

 

Covenant House Pennsylvania has locations in Philadelphia and York, PA. We have opportunities for your employees to volunteer at our sites, and we provide both team and individual opportunities. If your company is national or international, we can connect you to our parent organization, Covenant House International, which can give your company access to our sites in 29 other cities across the United States, Canada and Latin America.

The Sleep Out

 

The Sleep Out is a national movement of executives, young professionals, women, and grassroots citizens who sleep outside one night so homeless youth don’t have to. We host sleep outs in over 19 cities and also provide you the tools to host your own Sleep Out with a time and location of your choosing. Workforce Development

 

Through our workforce development programs we work with employment partners to support youth, who likely have never had a job, launch into the world of work and into long term self-sufficiency and sustainability.

 

We will have you share with our youth about your company and your industry to help them learn about all the opportunities out there for them. Then your team can help our youth practice their interview skills or provide them with a workshop that will create new skills for them on their journey towards independence.
